Bob Lynch is a founding partner of the firm with more than thirty years of experience in the field of federal and state taxation.

Biography

As a founding Partner, Bob chairs the firm's Tax Dispute Group and also participates in the Tax and Business Practice Group.

Bob began his professional tax career as a Tax Attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service. He advanced to Senior Tax Attorney and ultimately to Assistant Regional Counsel for Tax Litigation in the IRS Mid-Atlantic Region, Philadelphia office.

Bob's experience as an IRS Attorney gives him considerable insight into the nuances of effectively representing his clients before federal and state taxing authorities.

During the more than twenty-five years since Bob left the IRS for private law practice, the bulk of his practice has consisted of:

Bob believes in sharing his knowledge with his peers as well as the general public. He authored articles for the CPA Journal concerning federal tax fraud and negligence penalties and for the National Business Institute on NJ sales and use taxation for manufacturers.

As a generous citizen, Bob serves his community in more than legal matters. A resident of Medford, NJ for more than thirty years, he was active as a Lenape Youth Athletic Association coach for girls' soccer, softball, and basketball. He served for many years as a member of the Mimosa Lakes Association Board of Trustees and is a past president of the Mimosa Lakes Association.
